Notice of Completion - AOYAMA SQUARE

We are pleased to announce the opening of AOYAMA SQUARE, a welfare facility combining a special nursing home and a group home, located in a quiet residential area of Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Opened in October 2025, AOYAMA SQUARE was thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant living environment for its residents, despite the constraints of a compact site. The facility incorporates a variety of creative design solutions to ensure a sense of openness and richness in the space.
The building features an exterior of exposed concrete, with clean horizontal balcony lines that reduce any sense of visual pressure and harmonize with the surrounding neighborhood.
We hope AOYAMA SQUARE will become a beloved new hub for community-based care.
